The first session explains how policies and procedures work together to support accountability and growth. The second session focuses on building a clear policy framework, with live Q&A.
The workshop is built for diverse-owned micro- and small businesses at three stages: solopreneurs creating their first written systems, growing teams that want staff to make consistent decisions within defined limits, and established owners preparing to sell or apply for financing.
Participants leave with a 30-day action plan, a checklist of the core policies and procedures their business needs, and a policy template they can customize on their own or share with their team.
